Kevin Coan has been in the broadcasting business since he was a junior in high school, and spent his childhood in the basement ripping the guts out of Mr. Microphones and 'making radio stations'. Since graduation in 1973, he's held on-air and programming positions in a variety of radio formats including CHR/Top 40, Adult Contemporary, Easy Listening, Adult Standards, and News. On the video side he's worked in operations/master control at CBS in Cleveland and presently hosts a morning show and handles programming/operations for Bocock Communications in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
Alan Courtright grew up among radio royalty. As a child he accompanied his dad, Ken Courtright, to work at KYW/WKYC in Cleveland... where he had the chance to hang out with industry giants like Big Jack Armstrong and Martin & Howard. He recalls programming the automation in Urichsville, Ohio when he was 14... and went to work at Akron's WCUE in the early 70's. Based in Medina, Ohio, Alan handles daily duties for a group of stations from his home studio. |
